|3. PAYMENT OPTIONS|
Hers accepts the following forms of payment:
All merchandise is shipped by Hers via UPS in the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
The cost of shipping is:
$7.00 on purchases up to $99.00
FREE on purchases over $100.00
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM CST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48* hours. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM CST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday. Hersclothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability.
We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
*DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by Hers that the item cannot be shipped and you will not be charged for that item.
|5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES|
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Hers has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Hers determines does not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges on all merchandise must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt. Merchandise that is purchased at www.hersclothing.com can be returned to a Hers store, but the store's return policy will apply. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise.
To EXCHANGE an item, please send it back and we will make the exchange, then send it back to you UPS Ground at our expense ONE time.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will let you know how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
Please send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details on the reason for the return, in the original packaging to:
